Casefair is a case-based job site where applicants solve a case problem when applying for a job. We ensure that candidates are evaluated on their job-relevant skills and competencies, and give everyone a fair chance to stand out to a future employer.
Casefair is a new case-based job site replacing the traditional job application with a case problem. We challenge rigid and non-transparent methods and qualify the dialogue between candidate and company through realistic and engaging case work, ensuring all candidates a fair assessment of their job-relevant skills and competencies, while promoting diversity within companies. In the end, we attract and tie the right talents to the right company.
Casefair was founded in autumn 2017 by Simon Gundersen and Emma Due Bitz. Since then, they have worked relentlessly to create the recruitment format they wondered did not exist. They wanted to confront the biases young professionals often meet when an education and limited work experience is all you have to sell yourself on. Anchored in the latest science, well-documented research, practical experience and a highly professional team of case recruitment specialists and young talents with the latest knowledge and direct contact to the universities, it has been possible to create an exciting and insightful alternative where the job application is replaced by a case.
